1. Annual revenues — RUB 320 million up to RUB 2 billion
2. Minimum operational period of the business — 12 months from the start date
3. No overdue debts to budget and extra-budgetary funds
4. Operating in one of the following economy sectors:
• Manufacturing;
• Wholesale and retail trade;
• Services (except financial services)
5. Competitive products and services, diversified client base;
6. Location and registration of the company’s capital assets within the Russian Federation;
7. Transparent ownership and management structure.

Standard lending terms

1. The loan purpose:
• working capital financing;
• investment financing;
• overdraft lending; refinancing;
•  documentary business operations (guarantees, letters of credit, etc.)
2. The Interest rate is determined on a case-by-case basis depending onthe borrower’s financial stability, collateral, and the term of the loan.
3. Collateral:
• inventory;
• capital assets (vehicles, equipment);
• real estate
• pledge of receivables under agreements
• surety of the legal entities and the business owners
