The key to our success on the Russian corporate bond market is the combination of Raiffeisen Banking Group's high international standards and unparalleled local bond market expertise. During 2001-2006 we raised more than RUR 285 bln for our Russian clients via the corporate bond market, including RUR143 bln in 2006 alone.

Raiffeisenbank’s approach to bond issue arrangements not only secures the required funding but also provides the issue with a maximum number of end investors from different regional and institutional groups (banks, corporations, insurance companies, etc.), thereby creating an open market for the issuer.

We believe that our approach will enhance the issue's ability to raise funds on the capital markets and ensure longer and cheaper borrowing.
