Syndicated Loans
Raiffeisenbank is one of the leaders of Russia's rapidly growing syndicated credit market. In 2005-2007 the Bank acted as an arranger of a number of syndicated loans to Russian borrowers in retail, energy, metallurgy, commercial real estate, communications and banking, totalling over USD 7.5 bln. Raiffeisenbank, acting as a syndicated loan arranger, provides customers with the optimal deal structure, ensuring the required volume of financing on competitive terms and conditions.
When arranging a loan, the Bank takes advantage of a unique network of partner banks and the Bank's own experience, as well as that of Raiffeisen Zentralbank Austria AG, thus providing the borrower with access to the funding sources of the largest Russian and international banks.
