Connecting to Raiffeisen CONNECT

To gain access to your accounts and bank cards using Raiffeisen CONNECT, you need to go into a branch of Raiffeisenbank with an ID document and sign a Registration Application.

You can connect to Raiffeisen CONNECT in «A» branches.

Once you have signed this document, you will get:

• on a perforated slip: a user name (login) for accessing online services;
• in the PIN envelope: a password for accessing Raiffeisen CONNECT and a PIN2 code for accessing active-transaction services.

Please note that the password and PIN2 code in the PIN envelope are valid for the period of time indicated on the envelope. This period starts running from the date when the envelope was handed over. If you have not used the PIN envelope before its period of validity expires, you will not be able to use the details provided inside it, and you will have to go into a branch again for a new PIN envelope.
