  • Regular Credit-Card Statements

In addition to credit-card statements and mini-statements, the Regular Statement shows you the minimum payment, the grace-period indebtedness, accrued interest and other information on the credit card for the accounting period in question. The regular credit-card statement also shows all funds credited to the credit line.

  • Account/Card Balances

These are displayed as soon as you log into the system. The card balance takes into account the funds that are currently reserved (the total funds reserved on the card are shown in red).

  • Information on Deposits

This includes the opening and closing dates of the deposit agreement, the interest rate, the initial investment amount, the current deposit amount, and the total interest as at the date when the deposit agreement expires.

  • Information on Loans

This includes the loan amount, the opening and closing dates of the loan, the interest rate, the balance of the principal, and the amount and date of the next loan payment.
You can also see the history of loan payments, including total payments to date of the principal and interest.

  • SMS Alerts

These allow you to track debits from your bank card and changes in the card balance when funds are debited from and credited to the account to which the card is linked, and to receive minimum-payment notifications and mini-statements (for credit cards). You can read a detailed description of this service in the SMS Banking section. Through Raiffeisen CONNECT you can subscribe to this service.

  • Additional Purchase of Shares from Raiffeisen Capital

Rouble payment orders are issued for transferring funds to pay for investment shares (in the event of additional purchase). The service is available to customers who have submitted an in-branch application for multiple purchase of shares.

  • Deposits opening

Term deposits are opened in roubles, US dollars and euros. It is possible to open «Universal», «Jubilee», «Replenishing» and «Rentier» deposits via Raiffeisen CONNECT. You can indicate additional conditions on the deposit: extension (for automatic renewal of the agreement on the same conditions for the next period) and capitalisation (whereby interest on the deposit will be added to the deposit amount). Deposits can be opened for different periods of time (from 1 month to 5 years).

  • Deposits replenishment and partial withdrawal

You can replenish «Universal», «Jubilee», «Replenishing» and «Rentier» deposits via Raiffeisen CONNECT. «Universal» and «Jubilee» deposits can be partially withdrawn (down to minimum limit). Operations with deposits are not accessible on dates of opening, closing and prolongation.

  • Rouble Payment Orders

Rouble payment orders are issued for transferring funds from your rouble account to rouble accounts with Raiffeisenbank and other banks. The bank charges a fee for this transaction (see Rates).

  • Remittance of Taxes to the Russian Budget

Rouble payment orders are issued for remitting funds to the Russian budget. Unlike ordinary «rouble transfers», there are additional fields that need to be completed here. No fee is charged for remitting funds to the Russian budget.

  • Instant Card to Card transfer

On-line money transfers between the cards issued by Raiffeisenbank: to your cards and to the cards of other Raiffeisenbank’s clients. The transfers are possible from debit cards as well as from credit cards. For more information about the service click here.

  • Internal Transfers and Conversions

Transfers or conversions between the customer’s accounts within the bank (between the accounts that the customer sees in the system). Conversion takes place at the Bank’s exchange rate that has been set for transactions in Raiffeisen CONNECT.

  • Replenishment of Debit and Credit Cards

Conversions and transfers of funds from your bank accounts to replenish your debit- and credit-card accounts. This service is similar to the Internal Transfers and Conversions service, but it makes it easier to select the required account for replenishment (because you select a card, rather than a card account, from the list). The service is available from the bank-card section (for both debit and credit cards). No fee is charged.

  • Currency Transfers within Russia

Transfers of funds from your currency accounts to currency accounts with banks in the Russian Federation. The bank charges a fee for this transaction (see Rates).

  • Currency Transfers Abroad

Transfers of funds from your currency accounts to currency accounts with banks outside Russia. The bank charges a fee for this transaction (see Rates).
