ZAO Raiffeisenbank Russia together with Raiffeisen Bank International AG and VTB Bank (Deutschland) AG closed a USD 250,000,000 Structured Credit Facility for LLC Enisey

ZAO Raiffeisenbank Russia together with Raiffeisen Bank International AG and VTB Bank (Deutschland) AG as underwriters of the deal are pleased to announce the successful closing of USD 250,000,000 Structured Credit Facility («Facility») for Enisey oil company. Raiffeisen Bank International AG is the Facility and Security Agent, ZAO Raiffeisenbank Russia is the Passport Bank, while VTB Bank (Deutschland) AG acted as Documentation Agent.

The financing is structured as a secured facility: a 5-year tranche A in the amount of USD 200,000,000 maturing in December 2015 and a short-term revolving tranche B in the amount of USD 50,000,000 maturing in December 2013. The purpose of the Facility is the refinancing of the loan portfolio and working capital financing of oil company Enisey, which is operating in the Komi Region of Russia.


ZAO Raiffeisenbank is a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Bank International AG. Raiffeisenbank ranks 9th among the Russian banks in terms of assets, based on Q3/2010 results (Interfax-CEA). According to the same Interfax-CEA data, ZAO Raiffeisenbank ranked 6th in terms of private deposits and 8th with regard to consumer lending.
