On March 11, 2008, Raiffeisenbank will launch Concierge, a special program for gold credit and debit card holders. Concierge was developed jointly with International SOS and is available both in Russia and globally.
The program enables Raiffeisenbank gold card holders to obtain information on flight schedules, book air tickets, hotel rooms and restaurant tables, hire cars and purchase tickets for sports and cultural events as well as to use express delivery services.
The many features of Concierge can be accessed by a single phone call to International SOS. The company coordinators speak 77 languages and are available 24-hours. All information and consultation services of International SOS are offered to Raiffeisenbank gold card holders free of charge.
