RZB and Raiffeisenbank Austria in Moscow mandated. First USD 250 milliontranche to be arranged within the next weeks.
Avtovaz chose Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich AG (RZB) and ZAORaiffeisenbank Austria in Moscow as Mandated Lead Arrangers for aSyndicated Term Loan Credit Facility. The Russian vehicle manufacturerplans to finance USD 500 million in total, USD 250 million out of thisalready within the first half of 2007. The mandate was signed yesterdaylate afternoon during the visit of the Russian president Vladimir Putinin Vienna-based Austrian Federal Economic Chamber by Vladimir V.Artyakov, President of the Avtovaz Group, and RZB Board Members HerbertStepic and Patrick Butler.
