Raiffeisenbank joins the MALINA™ coalition loyalty program.

OOO Loyalty Partners Vostok, the company that is running and developingMALINA™, the loyalty program for the whole family that was launched inthe Moscow retail market in April 2006, ZAO Raiffeisenbank Austria andVisa International, the leading payment system , announced the launch ofthe new credit card MALINARaiffeisenbank, within the framework of a long-term partnership agreement.

The joint credit card is simultaneously a VISA payment card and a MALINA™loyalty program card, combining into one card the benefits of both aleading international bank in Russia, Raiffeisenbank, and the MALINA™consumer program, the leading loyalty program in the Moscow retailmarket with close to 400 participating points of sales through itsexisting partners network (Ramstore supermarkets, Vimpelcom (mobileoperator Beeline), TNK-BP (BP stations), 36.6 Pharmacies, and therestaurants from the Rosinter group (Il Patio, Planeta Sushi, TGIFridays, American Bar and Grill, Moka Loka 123 Cafe, Benihana, Santa Fe,Cafe des Arties).

The joint credit card MALINA-Raiffeisenbank will provide MALINA™ membersa unique opportunity to earn additional MALINA™ Points for every purchasemade with their MALINA-Raiffeisenbank Visa credit card, in the amount of20 Points for every 200 rubles spent on the card. If customers pay withthe credit card for their purchases at any of the MALINA™ partnersoutlets or for MALINA™ partners services, they will be able to receivePoints both for the goods and services purchased, and in addition forthe usage of the Malina-Raiffeisenbank card as a payment card.

The MALINA-Raiffeisenbank Visa credit card can be used all over theworld one can pay for goods and services with any trade organization and make purchases via Internet with any company that accept VISA cards. And MALINA™ Points are earned on these purchases too.

The MALINA-Raiffeisenbank Visa credit card will be offered to allexisting and potential MALINA™ members who qualify under Raiffeisenbanks credit program criteria. To apply for a MALINARaiffeisenbank Visa credit card, MALINA™ Members must fill in an application form in one ofthe Banks several branches or at certain outlets of the MALINA™ retailpartners where such an offer is made.
