The Internet-bank system was introduced in ZAO«Raiffeisenbank Austria» in 2003.
In March 2006 the bank set a new version of Raiffeisen CONNECT (connect.raiffeisen.ru)in operation, thereby enlarging the scope of functionality for remotebank servicing.
As of 1st September, 2006 the number of Raiffeisen CONNECT customerspassed the 100,000 mark.
Every day in average 150 clients get registered in the system, 10,000 to15,000 users enter the system and 500 active transactions are executed– primarily, ruble payments and internal transfers.

Remote service capabilities for Raiffeisenbank customers servicingconstantly develop and improve. In July, 2006 a new service wasintroduced in Raiffeisen CONNECT– customer information on unit
