ZAO“Raiffeisenbank Austria” entered the winners list of the National Business Award «Êàïèòàíû ðîññèéñêîãî áèçíåñà» (“Masters of Russian Business”) in the nomination “Best Employers in Moscow” held by «Óïðàâëåíèå Ïåðñîíàëîì» (Staff Management) magazine.
In May 2006«Óïðàâëåíèå Ïåðñîíàëîì» (Staff Management) magazine arranged a research among recruitment agencies to choose “Best Employers in Moscow”. It was organized within the frame of the National Business Award “Masters of Russian Business”. The Award was introduced for the first time and comes as part of the fifth annual research of Moscow recruitment market.
Leading Moscow recruitment agencies nominated and appraised the awardnominees based on the key factors like (1) stability and predictabilityof the company’s social policy, (2) compliance with Labour Code of the Russian Federation, (3) meeting moral and ethical standards, (4) remuneration policy.
