Supervisory Board appoints experienced banker as successor to GerhardVogt. Gerhard Grund and Michael Spiss complete the Management Board.
Vienna, 15 September, 2005– The Supervisory Board has appointed Eva Marchart as the new Speaker of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Centrobank AG, the investment banking subsidiary of Raiffeisen Zentralbank ?sterreich AG (RZB). She follows Gerhard Vogt, who unexpectedly deceased in May 2005.

After completing her juridical doctorate degree, Eva Machart, 49, was aresearch assistant of Prof. Robert Walter und Prof. Heinz Mayer at theUniversity of Vienna. Later on she headed the financial and legaldepartment with joint procuration of Polkarbon Oesterreichisch-PolnischeKohlenhandelsgesellschaft KG. Since 1992 she is with RaiffeisenCentrobank AG (formerly Centro Internationale Handelsbank AG), where shewas appointed Member of the Management Board in 2000. Her area ofresponsibility encompasses the company organisation and IT, accounting,legal, taxes, audit and human resources.
The Management Board is completed by two successful investment bankers:
Michael Spiss with responsibility for securities trading and products,treasury, correspondant banking and equity research; and
Gerhard Grund with responsibility for equity capital markets, privateequity, private banking as well as mergers and acquisitions.
