A few days before the New Year, Belgorodsky Branch of Raiffeisenbank finished its relocation to a new up-to-date office at 26a Ulitsa Shchorsa. The new office is situated in one of the youngest, most populated and perspective districts of the city.
The new office opening ceremony was attended by Andrey Stepanenko, Member of the Board of ZAO Raiffeisenbank, supervisor of the Central Regional Centre, Shukhrat Sobirov, Director of the Central Regional Centre, and Andrey Arshinov, Director of Belgorodsky Branch of ZAO Raiffeisenbank.
In his welcome address, Andrey Stepanenko congratulated his colleagues on the relocation to a comfortable office, and pointed out that this should help ensure the European quality of customer service embodied in the bank’s slogan: «Attitude makes the difference!» The new office meets the highest requirements and standards of the Raiffeisen Group. No doubt, comfortable, roomy and nice-looking spaces in the new building will create the desire to visit the bank again.
In his turn, Shukhrat Sobirov, Director of the Central Regional Centre, gave a positive description of the region: «Today, Belgorodskaya Region is one of the most stable and well-to-do territories of the Central Russia. The new branch will help us unlock the potential for cooperation with regional businesses, as well as strengthen leading positions of the branch.»
Andrey Arshinov, Director of Belgorodsky Branch of ZAO Raiffeisenbank, thanked his colleagues for attending the opening ceremony, and stressed: «I’m very glad, like all our colleagues, that, amid the crisis, our bank continues a sustained improvement of its network. I’m sure that our new «home» will raise our confidence in achieving the highest results.»
The new business outlet will continue offering a full range of banking services for individual customers: current accounts, debit cards, term deposits, all individual lending programmes (mortgage, car loans, unsecured loans, and credit cards), a round-the-clock cash-in ATM and an ATM in the customer service area, which operates during the branch’s working hours. Customers can receive exhaustive professional consultations on all activities of the bank, including the services offered by the bank’s subsidiary Raiffeisen Capital Asset Management Company.
The branch will have uniform business hours of all Raiffeisenbank institutions: 9:00 a.m. — 6.00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10:00 a.m. — 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Belgorodsky Branch of ZAO Raiffeisenbank belongs to the Central Regional Centre. Currently, this Regional Centre comprises 12 business outlets, which operate in Voronezh, Lipetsk, Orel, Belgorod, Stary Oskol, Kursk, Zheleznogorsk, Bryansk, Smolensk, Kaluga, Tula, and Yaroslavl.
