In late January, Tulsky Branch of ZAO Raiffeisenbank changed its location.
From now on, customers of the bank can visit the new bank office at 6 Ulitsa Friedricha Engelsa. The new residence is a particularly good choice: it is located in the historical and business downtown, at the crossing of main thoroughfares, as well as nearby the Administration of Tulskaya Region.
On the opening day, the new office was visited by Andrey Stepanenko, Member of the Board of ZAO Raiffeisenbank, supervisor of the Central Regional Centre, Shukhrat Sobirov, Director of the Central Regional Centre, and Aleksandr Meshkov, Director of Tulsky Branch of ZAO Raiffeisenbank.
Andrey Stepanenko congratulated his colleagues on the relocation to this comfortable office and wished that this new operating environment made it possible to set up efficient operations and ensure a high level of service. Andrey also mentioned an interesting fact about the new office in Tula: its design was worked out in London, and there are only two such offices in Russia: one in Moscow and another one in Tula. Stepanenko expressed his hope that customers would properly value the unique design, as well as the high quality of service at the renovated branch.
Shukhrat Sobirov stressed that the relocation to this new office would make it possible for the branch to successfully complete the transformation process and continue business development, now in scope of a new regional business management model.
Aleksandr Meshkov expressed his gratitude to the management of the bank and the Central Regional Centre for their assistance in opening this new site, and thanked the branch team for their active participation in the relocation, which contributed to its completion in the established timeframe.
The new office will continue offering a full range of banking services for individual customers: current accounts, debit cards, term deposits, all individual lending programmes (mortgage, car loans, unsecured loans, and credit cards), a round-the-clock cash-in ATM and an ATM in the customer service area, which operates during the office’s working hours. Customers can receive exhaustive professional consultations on the services offered by the bank’s subsidiary Raiffeisen Capital Asset Management Company.
The branch will have uniform business hours of all Raiffeisenbank institutions: 9:00 a.m. — 6.00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10:00 a.m. — 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
