On November 16, 2007 ZAO Raiffeisenbank Austria celebrated its second anniversary since the official opening of the Sibirsky Branch, Raiffeisen's fourth regional branch in Russia.
As with Raiffeisen's other regional branches, Sibirsky's top priority is corporate clients, including loans to medium-size and large businesses and retail banking. OOO Raiffeisen Leasing's Novosibirsk branch celebrated its second anniversary on November 18, 2007.
As of November 13, 2007 the corporate loan portfolio of the Sibirsky branch was RUR19.6bn, more than twice the 2006 level. According to Kontinent Sibir, the branch ranks a stable second in the Novosibirsk Region in terms of its corporate loan portfolio.
In retail banking, the Sibirsky branch accomplished all its planned tasks and significantly enhanced its client base. Currently, the retail loan portfolio of the Sibirsky branch is approximately RUR1.3bn, a threefold increase since 2006. As of November 13, 2007 the branch serviced about 50 salary projects and offers clients an extensive network of Raiffeisen ATMs in major shopping and business centers in Novosibirsk.

The Novosibirsk branch of OOO Raiffeisen Leasing is involved in projects related to the leasing of manufacturing equipment, special machinery and transportation facilities. The key performance indicators of the branch have expanded 1.5X-2X during the year. The branch currently has over 70 leasing agreements, and in 2007 has financed regional transactions worth more than RUR490mn. In addition to OOO Raiffeisen Leasing, the bank's clients in Novosibirsk also make active use of NPF Raiffeisen and OOO Raiffeisen Capital MC, other member companies of Raiffeisen Group in Russia.
