It is very easy to enable the Raiffeisen Connect system!
All you need to do to enable the service is to bring a personal identification document with you to a Raiffeisenbank branch and sign the ’Application for Registration’.
After signing the application you will receive:
- On a tear-off coupon: Your username for access to online services (Login);
- In the PIN- envelope: Your password to access the Internet banking system.
The password is valid for the period specified on the envelope. The 60-day period is counted from the day when the envelope was issued. If you do not use your PIN envelope before it expires, you will need to contact the bank again to get a new PIN envelope.
In order to perform active online transactions in the system, you will need to enable a convenient method of obtaining one-time passwords to confirm transactions using a special device (card reader) or via SMS.
