The commission will be charged for the excess amount only

Balances are calculated on the last day of the month. You could manage your money with no conditions.
For each currency, the balance and commission are calculated separately.
Minimum fee is 10 USD/EUR/GBP/CHF or 1 000 JPY

How is the currency balance calculated?

Balances in a currency are summarized for all current and brokerage accounts in that currency. The balance is determined on the last day of the calendar month.
The balance in each currency is summed up and charged separately.

When is the commission charged?

The commission is deducted monthly no later than the 10th business day of the month.

Can you give an example of a fee?

If your account balance in EUR at the end of the month was 30 000, then a commission of 1% will be charged for the amount exceeding 5 000, the fee will be 250 EUR.

How can I withdraw money from a foreign currency account?

The Central Bank directive is in effect, according to which you can withdraw up to 10 000 USD or the equivalent of this amount in euros from your account if the money was received on the account before March 9, 2022.
You can convert funds into rubles, there are no restrictions on withdrawing the national currency. However, it is advised to order a large amount in advance and pick it up at the bank's cash desk.
